Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling. Through play, conversation, and a strong therapeutic relationship, I help children develop a greater understanding of their emotions and learn healthy ways to cope with challenges.

I have particular experience working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and social or emotional difficulties, and I have worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum.

Parent involvement is an important part of my work with younger children. I provide parent support and guidance to help parents better understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. When appropriate, I collaborate with school staff and other professionals involved in a child's life.
