Adolescence can be a complicated time. Young people may be navigating anxiety, academic pressure, friendships, self-doubt, changing identities, family relationships, and the growing expectations that come with becoming more independent.

 

I work with pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults to help them better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, develop coping strategies, and build confidence.

 

My goal is to create a space where teens feel comfortable being themselves while developing the skills and self-awareness they need to navigate challenges more effectively.
