I believe effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Each person brings a unique history, personality, strengths, and set of circumstances to therapy, so I tailor my approach to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.

 

My practice is defined by a warm, integrative approach to mental health and emotional well-being. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents to foster a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel understood and supported.

 

My work addresses a broad range of developmental and emotional challenges, helping clients develop the tools, strategies, and self-awareness to navigate life's inevitable stresses.
